The fabric is tweed (not Harris) it’s 100% wool,  washable on wool wash cycle (max 30c) then dry flat 

It’s an over the collar bandana, no messing around with tying etc just simply slip it on to your dogs collar for an instant new look!

the opening for the collar to fit through is approximately 1.5” so would suit up to and including a 1” collar
